ABC Online has the story of one Minh Nguyen, 26, from Florey, who had too much to drink and drove into a house.

He told police he did not know what happened; he lost control of the vehicle as it went into the house.

I’m betting he fell asleep. Which would explain his surprise

The word sarcasm should be between “some” and “tags” in that last sentence.

OK let’s recap:
1. Break up with girlfriend
2. Drink loads of alcohol away from said ex-girlfriend
3. Drive vehicle (no ex-gf in vehicle) with large alcohol concentraton in bloodstream
4. crash into house

Personally I’d go for 2 & 3 as major contributing factors to event 4 occuring. As for the breakup being a catalyst… Even if drinking loads of alcohol was a result of that, the driving was a bad idea and unrelated to the breakup.

Argh, why am I spelling out the obvious? I have work to do and probably missed some tags in there somewhere!

I bet a woman driver did something such that he was forced to react and crashed into the house.

They say that women drivers are not involved in as many accidents as men.

That may be the case, but they damn well *cause* more accidents that men.
