Carney future in doubt

By Thumper - 8 January 2009 7

The SMH is reporting that Todd Carney’s career may be doubt again, with his management and English Super League side Huddersfield fearing his visa application to travel to Britain will be declined.

Carney is unable to move to his new club due to difficulties in processing his visa application. The situation has become so desperate for the club that officials have reportedly contacted managers and other clubs to find another halfback.

What one reaps?

…either him or another tattooed arrogant footy head strutting for all he was worth.

Well that narrows it down 😛 I could be one of the hundreds of the long armed tossers out and about in Civic on the weekend.

Obviously the UK doesn’t see the need to import chavs and hooligans. They have enough of their own.

Thought I saw him skulking around the City last Saturday night… either him or another tattooed arrogant footy head strutting for all he was worth.

He can always get a job as the new public face for Summernats! (said very TIC)

Apparently ‘Twat’ isn’t on the list of jobs that have been identified as having a skill shortage in England, so a working visa has been denied him. It’s just a matter of semantics though. If he changes the job title on his application to ‘subhuman, piggy-eyed arsehole’ he’ll probably get in. Let’s hope his manager is reading this and the advice gets through.

Yep, it can become difficult to gain entry into another country when you have a reputation for being a complete yobbo and moronic tosser.
