Canberra CBD have announced a competition for the best decorated retail story in Civic or Braddon:

As part of the Christmas in the City celebrations we are running a competition for the best decorated retail store in the City.

….

To enter, simply decorate your shop window with a Christmas theme and submit a photo of your shop window with your name, business name and contact details no later than 16 December. Entries can be sent either by email to info@canberracbdlimited.com.au or personally submitted to the Canberra CBD Limited office at 22 Akuna Street.

We’re certainly intrigued to see how this works out.

Centrepoint looks like a particularly uninviting stable. Let’s throw some refugees in there, lock the doors, and call it ‘Bethlehem’. Do I win?

i believe you do – given centrepoint is not excised from the act mainland – yet…

The criminals who supplied the people-smuggling donkeys should be in jail forever, and the donkeys drowned.
