Some more art coming your way Canberra. Those of you with an interest in art, politics, or watercolours should take notice.

In a city which lives and breathes power, no one has explored the politics of power with such steely intelligence and analytical focus as eX de Medici. Seducing us with her stunning technical virtuosity, her work on closer examination is shocking and confronting. We are caught in a bewildering web of attraction and repulsion, beauty and horror.

We encounter eX de Medici at her most uncompromising, with major works brought together from important public and private collections for the first time, including recent monumental watercolours inspired by her visits to Iran.

Curated by Dr Jenny MacFarlane

Went on the weekend. Highly recommended.
