Why would you do this. Does he expect that they’ll look at his wang and do anything but laugh or run away in terror ?

No doubt option B is what tickles their fancy. Like grump said, they aren’t “right in the head”.

Me and my section was having Christmas lunch at the Crowne Plaza when this all happened. It was quite entertaining, I saw that the offender had jumped in the bushes, and the policemen (two of them) were walking around the bushes. Suddenly one of the policement lunged into the bushes and pulled a guy out. Pretty soon a paddywagon pulled up and the guy was hustled into the back.

All this while we were waiting for lunch- entertaining. My thought was whether I would read this on Riot-ACT- and I was proved right!

Honestly, is there anyone in the ACT Government who can write a grammatical press release? I think they mean “a victim of one”.

And, what’s with inserting “has” with past tense verbs? “The man … has jumped out and exposed himself”. Er, no, he jumped out and exposed himself. This happens all the time in police press releases. Do they get a bonus for every “has”? It is BoganSpeak in writing.

It baffles me how people who are paid to write material for publication get hired, and retained, despite being barely literate.

Throw him, partially clothed, into either a gorse or rose bush.

The females should have wriggled their little pinkie finger at him.

Throw him, partially clothed, into either a gorse or rose bush.

Lock him up.

I don’t wanna know how he was nabbed if he was half naked.

I wonder where this sits on the scale of offences and is there a relationship bertween this “low level’ offence and higher levels of offending?

Do mean like, lower than the belly button and higher than the belly button ?

Why would you do this. Does he expect that they’ll look at his wang and do anything but laugh or run away in terror ?

I would think there’s a degree of “not right in the headedness’ about anyone who gets ther jollies this way – “clearly”,if you’re thinking normally, you don’t do this. I wonder where this sits on the scale of offences and is there a relationship bertween this “low level’ offence and higher levels of offending?

Well for evey hundred or so times someone does this there has to be at least one occurence where it would work out in their favor.

E.g. Even the drunk dude in the bar asking if chicks “wanna root?” is going to get one eventually.
