The ABC has word of a guilty murder verdict for Corey Martin:

Mr Le Dinh, 26, died of head injuries after a fight which had left his living room sprayed with blood.

Martin admitted going to Le Dinh’s apartment where he said the pair had fought over a drug debt.

But Martin told the court Mr Le Dinh had attacked him first and he had only acted in self-defence.

He also said Mr Le Dinh was conscious and standing when he left.

Sentencing will come in August.

Corey showed no remorse he is an animal that should be shot. He is the stupidest criminal high on heroin, who robs an murders someone an goes and spends the cash the next day (stupid) what a dumb arse. After being question by police goes home an talks the truth without realising they bugged his house while he was being questioned. (Stupid)
And where was the parol officers, knowing of his criminal history an having been in jail his whole life one would think to keep a better eye on him while he’s on parol. Another life lost because of parol.
My prayers are with Andre’s mother an father, I couldn’t imagine loosing a child

This is damn fine news. No doubt there will be years of appeals, but it’s a good start.

And a very cautionary tale for anybody who thinks there might be some easy cash to be made selling a little dope to a few “friends”.

So, the lesson here is; if you’re going to be a drug dealer, make sure you know how to deal with the human trash that is going to come sniffing around your door looking for weed and whatever other junk you’re selling?

Particularly if the POS is more than twice your size.

“Sentencing will come in August.”

What year?

‘Mr Le Dinh’s family arrived late for the verdict but were visibly pleased’. Some consolation for the Le Dinh family.

Corey Martin claimed self-defence however that’s a little hard to sell considering he’s 110 kgs and 6 feet 3 inches whereas Mr Le Dinh was 48 kgs almost a foot shorter. It’s pretty clear the jury were having none of that nonsense.

U have no idea
