The developers of Crace have announced they’re going to be putting a Supabarn Express between the childcare and the old folks home along with some other as yet unspecified shops.
It will be the first Supabarn Express store in Canberra, and follows a format that has already been very successful for the Supabarn Group in Sydney.
Crace Project Director Malcolm Leslie says the new development—known as Crace Central—will be located in the suburb’s urban precinct close to other community amenities including a retirement village which will be operated by Goodwin Aged Care Services, and a future childcare centre.
“The area is designed to create a thriving community space and to be a place where people can meet and connect,” Mr Leslie says.
