Apology

By Michelle Blyton - 21 September 2006 2

Today IBN News posted an apology to the Capital Radio Network.
On Tuesday, 19 September 2006, IBN News published a story that said Grant Broadcasters had assumed 51% of the shares in Capital Radio Network.

This is incorrect.

Grant Broadcasters owns 50%: Kevin Blyton owns the other 50% through his company Creekside Investments, which owns 49% and 1% of Capital Radio shares respectively.

Furthermore, Steve Swadling is not and has never been a director of the company, and Kevin Blyton’s correct title is managing director.

IBN News apologises to the Capital Radio Network for the error.

What’s Your opinion?

Well, you missed an equally (un)interesting slanging match from a couple of blow-ins earlier today that was (thankfully) pulled.

Wow, this is really an, um, interesting topic?
