A friend reckons he saw someone painting the palm leaves at the Belco swimming pool. While driving past it yesterday in the Stanely Steamer I had a look and a few of the trees appear to be dead, but i couldnt see any evidence of painted leaves or plastic trees.
Any greenthumbs care to comment ? I always thought it was NUTS to plant palm trees there in the first place.
