Death in Duffy

The Canberra Times has a rather confusing story on yesterday’s death in Duffy of an 80 year old German man.

Acting Superintendent McCann, who spoke to the media outside the house at 33 Dixon Drive, said he could not say if the 50-year-old man who was assisting police with their inquiries was a relative of the dead man. Police were “not quite certain” of the relationship between the two men…

He said the family doctor, who was on the scene when the police arrived, would be interviewed by police.

Strange…

i was at my friends house 4 doors down across the street at the time that the cops showed up. They came around asking us if we knew anything and when we asked what was going on they said someone was “seriously injured” and thats all they could tell us.

Murder charges against the Son it would look like.

Yep, heard about this on 666. The family doctor and other family members who were present will also be questioned by police, apparently.

Just shitty journalism.

It was pretty fricking obvious what had occured

can see why their media people dont want to talk to the paper if they just print all the “dunno”s

Euthanasia?

Both news.com.au and ABC are reporting that a 50-year-old has been charged with murder.
