Mother nature forest party thing:

No idea why all the skulduggery, i think it’s supposed to add to the whole “we’re so underground, ooh ooh we’re flaunting the law” feel or something. *shrug*. Some people on the ITM forums have complained that it’s a bit impractical, but i think in reality it excites them a bit too.

(I’m not going personally, I contemplated it, but I think i’m getting too old for that particular brand of shenanigan.)

Cross Country (XC) Mountain Bike racing at Majura Sunday morning. See the CORC XC Calendar for more details.

Majura is looking great following the working bee a couple of weeks ago, and the course for the race should be great for riders of all levels. If you are new to mountain biking there is a novice class, which races over a shorter course and excludes any serious climbs and technical sections.

Apparently John Hargreaves is throwing a teddy bear’s picnic in the Tuggeranong town park on Sunday.
