“Bacchanalia/Krüdulent United are proud to present their fifth production Open House; a not-so-typical farcical scam tale of greed, revenge, seduction, violence, and share house living. Open House follows the exploits of Pond and Maxine as they systematically work their way through a series of unfortunate housemates-luring them in, driving them out and keeping their cash.”

WHAT FUN, WHAT FUN, A CLASSY NIGHT OUT AT THE THE-ATRE

Absent Diane9:12 am 01 Dec 05

Lithium Friday night @ toast (normally between $3-$5) for all your alt, retro and industrial yearnings… my advice get yourself nice and comatose prior to going so you don’t have to line up for bevvies all night

The government’s hosting an “Incredible night in the city” this Friday with music in Garema Pl from 6pm til 8pm then a screening of The Incredibles. Some more details here.

Saturday brings the great Christmas tree lighting extravaganza in Civic Square (in front of the Canberra Theatre), I think from 7pm. I presume this is because we don’t have a Federal Government funded Christmas tree anymore and people complained. Anyway, I’d be there if I could.

JB, check for jazz venues down the coast while you’re there…

OK, as i’ve been abandoned I’ll go through BMA in search of events for this weekend. Sadly I shall miss them all as I’m going down to the coast.
