OK, time to use the collective intelligence (such as it is) of the RiotACT community to build an entertainment guide for each other.

So if you know about something good happenning in the next 7 days then please put it in the comments. I think we can take it as read that Thumper and Maelinar will be in the Durham from 4.30 on Friday night so no need to take that one any further.

What People say about A Bunch of Fives

“A Bunch of Fives has submitted the best plan for the redevelopment of
Canberra City featuring 47 new bars solely devoted to performance,
blocking off Northbourne ave and turning it into a topless beach up to
City Hill and demolishing the legislative assembly in favour of a
multi-purpose basketball arena that can also host Canberra Idol and
other beauty contests. Just brilliant stuff.”
Terry Snow – Developer and wannabe town planner

“We are holding off the sale of Telstra until A Bunch of Fives has
approved its passage thought the senate.”
Prime Minster Costello….ummm Howard….ummmm Cost….no Howard…

“A Bunch of Fives is possibly the best show that I have ever seen in my
entire life – not that I really saw much – my eyes are generally closed.
It moved me to such a point last time that I released some refugees to
celebrate.”
Amanda Vanstaone – Senator, bad dresser and a terrible minister for
immigration

“I can’t come to A Bunch fo Fives – I don’t go out after 5.00pm.”
John Stanhope – Chief Minister.

“I am sorry that I can’t perform this month at A Bunch of Fives – but I
am too busy attempting to rescue people from floodwaters with my
personal photographer , hairdresser, personal camera crew and my
publicist”
Sean Penn – Actor and emergency service operator

“Jorian Gardner is the worst host I have ever seen.”
an ex girlfriend

“I really enjoyed it – especially the scene where he runs after her and
they make up and kiss…what the hell is A Bunch of Fives?”
Some people who watched When Harry met Sally recently on DVD
