So what’s worth seeing and doing around town?

Just leave your thoughts in the comments.

Yous all missed a grouse shindig at the Hellenic club last night. Screaming Jets did what it says on the tin and screamed for an hour and a bit. Not bad.

“Hall’s Greatest Shave” is on at the Wood Duck Inn from 2pm on Saturday as part of the Leukaemia Foundation’s “World’s Greatest Shave”.

The funds raised will help the Leukaemia Foundation provide practical care and support to patients and families living with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders.

I’ll be having my head shaved, along with a few others…

It would be remiss not to mention the other locations for the WGS.

The Sporting Shooters Association of the ACT is having an open day this Sunday the 15th.

Their range is at 50 Hector Grove, Majura.

I found them at the Canberra Show and they had a flyer for it. I can’t remember the exact times for the open day but if anyone is interested they could probably contact someone through the website http://www.ssaa.org.au/newssaa/states/act/Branchactact.htm
