The last weekend before we all bunker into family mode.

What’s worth doing/seeing/being around town this weekend?

That would be fun, BerraBoy68. I’d be in that!

Maybe once the silly season is over, we can organise a RA drinksfest at Filthy’s while Thumpers band are playing…

Perhaps (he say’s with some trepidation) we can organise a RA drinks at a kareoke night(I’m a kareoke tragic).

I hope you like it, too, BerraBoy68. I think you’ll have a good night. And don’t worry, Danman won’t be singing ….

*hehe*

The world of live music was dead to me before RiotACT. I am getting an edumacation, and it’s been wonderful. I love music.

There are so many talented artists out there in our own city. It is really cool.

Sounds like my type of music!

Lazy Sunday afternoon-ah- got no time for worries…close my eyes and drift a-way.

Well, I think there are definitely Beatlesque elements as well, plus one of the new songs Gramps reckoned had a – who’s that Master’s Apprentices guy? – sound to it. Jim somebody? Keynes? Keyes?

But they will drive you crazy cos you will want to groove along and you’ll have to sit in your seat!

*chuckle*

I already did! Who did you think told me you were good!

I’ll duck out Tuesday for a look see (and a beer)…

Thumper, I’ve heard you guys are good. I might seek a leave pass and come on out. What type of music do you play?

Aurelius thank god there are still things out there that get children interested other than video games.

Farnarkler,
When I took my son to inspect the AUSBG last month, he returned to his mother saying “Mum, I could tell you, but there’s no way you’d know how cool it was without being there”
If that’s not a recommendation, nothing is.

Aurelius how cool! I’ve always wanted to have a go at the scale models of ULCCs at the tanker school.

If we’ve finished bagging the National Museum, I might drop into the Best Cartoons of 2008 exhibit.

Or I’ll just keep Xmas shopping. =-(
