free live music still a happening thing on sunday arvos from 5 at the cafe in chifley..
there is some interstate guitarist this week apparently.. it’s always a nice laid back, low key end to the weekend. I’m just stoked there is a regular free live gig here on the southside (converted northside snob settling in nicely, thanks for asking..)

Sunday 22 July
Sunday Sessions at The Artists’ Shed, Queanbeyan from 2pm
The Toot Whistle Plunk and Boom Band

Pat and Geoff Drummond reunite with Fred Pilcher to take the stage for the first time together in 35 years (apart from a teaser recently at the Merry Muse).

Supported by a mini reprise of the Pat Drummond tribute with Humbug plus Craig and Simone Dawson, all supported by Shenanigans Quartet.

2pm, 14 Foster Street, Queanbeyan
Entry by donation of currency of the folding variety, i.e. their notes for your note(s).

Frenzal Rhomb at the Basement in Belconnen Saturday night, but tickets are all sold out.
