P.S.

DUB has form for lying. Remember his unsubstantiated claim:

… the “Pro-wind” one in Civic had a nice “rent-a-crowd”, who were paid 20 bucks each in cash to attend…

Woden square, that “wind tunnel”, at the time I had stated, there was only 5 people, a mic and a set of speakers set up, truck parked near “cosmos” something. That was it. WTF are you talking about? Or will you now tell me that you all marched off at exactly 1200 hrs and I missed you? I WAS THERE at the time stated in my previous comment.

I was there too. And the pictures prove it.

And nice to see how your group defaced public property, assholes!

I don’t support vandalism, nor would the vast majority of those present at the rally.

But if you think a bit of graffiti is even comparable with locking up innocent men, women and children who are seeking help then your priorities are so out of whack, I don’t know where to begin.

DUB you are a liar.

I observed from 1230 hrs to 1245 hrs – crowd went from 5 people down to 3. No one was dressed up in any costume. Must say, I thought there would be at least 15 to 20 people, not 5 down to 3.LOL.

Here is a photo:

I estimate around 400 people. About the same size as the recent pro wind power rally, maybe a few more.

But you are right there was no one in costume just regular folks (except one guy I saw who had a bit of a “steam punk” look going on with his goggles).

Dub, if you have to lie to support your “arguments” then your not worth listening to.

You mean the rent a crowd, don’t you?

No, highly doubt that the crowd will be like that.
I think there will be some greens, hippies and art students with bad acne. Not too big of a crowd.Remember, it is saturday and it is not in Civic (as someone commented on their page). Too far from home for many of them. LOL

I’ll be there.

There will be some, all dressed up in costume, trying to maximise media attention, but the majority will be everyday Australians – young, old, middle aged with families, etc, etc – who are just appalled at what our “leaders” are doing and planning to do in our name.
