ACT Policing believe the man pictured below may have information regarding an aggravated robbery at the Woolworths Caltex Service Station in Kambah early this month (Wednesday, April 4).
About 1.10am, a man entered the Woolworths Caltex Service Station and threatened the staff member and a customer with an edged weapon before taking a small amount of money and packets of cigarettes.
The offender had a black mask covering his face. He was wearing a grey hooded jumper with a white motif on the front, beige coloured pants and black shoes.
Detective Senior Constable Simon Roscoe said police would like to speak to the man pictured as a matter of priority.
“We believe the man was present during the aggravated robbery, unfortunately he left the scene prior to police arrival and is yet to contact police,” Detective Senior Constable Roscoe said. “He may have vital information regarding the incident and it is important the he contacts police immediately.”
Police are urging anyone who may have been near the store at the time of the incident or may know this witness, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
