The Australian Army has tweeted and updated its facebook to let us know that RMC Duntroon turns 100 this weekend.

They’d like as many people as possible to come along on Saturday for a trooping of the Queen’s Colour and a Freedom of Entry to the City Ceremony.

Moving away from the social media hoopla, there is a conventional web page.

The Trooping of the Colour will be Gallipoli Reach on Lake Burley Griffin and the Freedom of Entry along Anzac Parade.

Now I get why we’ve got so many sausages & onions to deliver out there this week.

It still looks pretty natural doesn’t it?

From the website:

“…conduct a challenge ceremony involving the Chief Minister of the ACT, Mr. Jon Stanhope. The Governor General will accept a salute on behalf of the peolpe and city of Canberra.”

They might wanna get some different peolpe to proof-read their documents to keep them up to date.
