Simon Corbell has the grim tidings that the interminable DV 306 process has been extended into September:
Minister for Environment and Sustainable Development, Simon Corbell, has announced that the consultation period for draft variation 306 to the Territory Plan has been extended until early September.
“The Government is keen to hear the range of community views about this important Territory Plan variation, and has decided to extend the closing date for submissions until Spetember 6, 2011,” Mr Corbell said.
“The draft variation addresses planning matters relating to residential estate development, including solar access and consolidation of blocks in established suburbs.
