Some choice take-outs from the hearing
.
The generic logons:

Username: doctor
Password: doctor

Username: nurse
Password: nurse

The system was set up so that all terminals, irrespective of where they were in the building, were listed as “Terminal 14”

FFS!

I’d hate to be an admin on that system.
Imagine when someone locks out/changes the password for the generic login!

Given the apparent setup, I’d say that lock outs were probably disabled, and password allowed to never change, and set to not allow the user to change. Bugger the sysadmin, imagine trying to trace a security incident. Oh wait, they can’t….
