A unique dining experience comes to Parliament House on April 30, when the Members’ Hall will host a special dining event in conjunction with the exhibition celebrating the life and work of Australia’s first Prime Minister, Edmund ‘Toby’ Barton.
Using notes from the menus associated with Barton’s Federation fundraising luncheons, Executive Chef David Learmonth has designed a dinner with modern and period elements to create an exciting and unique experience.
