Our fabulous Executive Chef, Darren Perryman has pulled together a wonderful menu of Butter Poached Lobster Salad (yes, we said “butter poached”), Pialligo Estate Smoked Salmon, Duck Breast and Ham dishes, Slow Roasted Turkey Breast and the scrumptious, Estate Grown Apple Crumble with Caramelised Estate Fig Ice-Cream.
