It’s almost summer, which means only one important thing… gin season!
We’re bringing the ultimate gin experience to Canberra with our Gintonica Bar, allowing you to select from a range of botanicals and a smorgasboard of paired garnishes to build your perfect drink.
As well as showcasing premium Gin brands Four Pillars and Archie Rose, you’ll also be treated to a tasting experience with Underground Spirits’ new Opera House Inside/Outside Gin.
This is your chance to choose your own gin-venture from start to finish – Dry gin? Sweet gin? Aromatic gin?
Do you do Strangelove or FeverTree Tonic? Or simply prefer soda? Blend your own gin and tonic or turn it into a martini for an afternoon of fun, new flavours and new favourites.
Hosted in the new Pialligo Fields bar, this new, mini-gin festival will leave you wanting more….!
