Local Yoga with support from the City Renewal Authority is offering you the chance to refresh your mind and body at a series of free monthly events merging live music and yoga in the heart of Braddon.

Lazy Summer Sunday Beats Beers & Yoga’ is back for another chilled-out Sunday session in Haig Park, where homegrown electronic artists will curate a soundtrack of loops, live music, and ambient beats to gently accompany local yogis through an energising, flowing, movement practice under the pines. As the energy and movement slowly stills, live music from local acts will continue to ease you into your afternoon.

Your favourite Lonsdale institutions will be popping up to re-hydrate and refuel as the sun slowly disappears over Northbourne Avenue.

With live loops and beats from local turntablist and multi-instrumentalist Alex Carder providing the perfect soundtrack to a flowing Local Yoga class perfect for any age and all skill levels. Musical guest Reverend Bones will be making his return as the good folks from Bentspoke and the Pop-Inn will be on hand, providing a selection of locally sourced beverages to wash it all down.

The next event will be held Sunday 13 December starting at 4:00 pm in Haig Park – directly at the end of Lonsdale St.
