This year, everyone can be brave, drop their towels and refresh their spirits in the chilling water of Lake Burley Griffin, all for a good cause.

Covid-19 is continuing to strain the community’s hard-working mental health support workers so 100% of all public donations will go direct to Lifeline. They need us more than ever to play our part for the greater community and what a fantastic reason to get our kit off and get cold!

Registration is open now, and is compulsory.

There is a non-spectator policy in place.
