Everyone's reading the new RiotACT

“I’ve read the RiotACT to them, their colleagues will all read the RiotACT to them, they’ll get the RiotACT read to them more often than just about anyone could imagine.”

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull’s description to 3AW’s Neil Mitchell on September 2, 2016 of his reaction to three Government MPs leaving Parliament early missing votes the day before was timely given the recent relaunch of this website under new ownership and management.

It seems everyone’s reading the new RiotACT for their fix of digital news and views about life in the Canberra region.

Well, before the PM reads The RiotACT to his collegues, he will no doubt need to get approval from the Lib’s party room & Cabinet, from the PM in waiting, Tony Abbott and from the cross benches such as Hinch, Lambie, Hanson, Xenophon, etc.

Now that the PM is reading the Riot ACT in the Government caucus room on a regular basis, we’ll have to find someone to read it in the opposition caucus room as well.

“I’ve read the RiotACT to them, their colleagues will all read the RiotACT to them, they’ll get the RiotACT read to them more often than just about anyone could imagine.” …….it’s a nice alternative to reading the Wentworth Courier to them.

Gracious, what an enthusiastic advocate you have in the PM! Friends in high places indeed.
