If you love fire and food, this event has your name all over it. Many of us are craving new experiences and adventure in a world where even interstate travel is risky, so anything that allows us to try something new is sure to set hearts alight.

Cue Flame, an immersive pop-up dining experience that promises to mesmerise and delight guests, taking you on a culinary adventure where you’ll observe your food being flamed to perfection by talented pyro-chefs.

This special event is coming to a secret location in Canberra on Saturday, 28 October and is currently only scheduled for one night. Lucky guests will be treated to a two-course adventure with themed cocktails and a selection of other beverages available.

The event aims to spark guests’ curiosity while discovering the fun of a blowtorch-powered experience, taking molecular gastronomy to a whole new level.

Events company Hidden are the creators behind the experience.

“The main will be a selection of steaks, skewers, burgers and more,” a spokesperson says, “although we will have vegetarian and vegan options available, and dessert will be a variety of flamed desserts like lemon meringue.

“The idea will be to begin with a flame show before the food is served, and then the food will be cooked as part of another torch display.”
