The struggling Raiders have announced life is about to get harder after standing down two stars for alcohol offences:

Canberra Raiders players Blake Ferguson and Josh Dugan will be stood down for Friday night’s clash with the South Sydney Rabbitohs, after they breached the clubs alcohol policy.

Both Ferguson and Dugan will face the clubs next alcohol committee meeting and the Raiders Club Player representatives (CPR).

Raiders Coach David Furner said the decision to stand down Ferguson and Dugan shows the club is serious in regards to the discipline standards they set down at the start of the season.

And it’s going nuts on Twitter.

I would live to know what part of the clubs alcohol policy did the breach. Was it:
a) Failing the pre-training minimum BAC level.
b) Failing to get themselves ejected from the establishment that they were drinking in.
c) Failing to vomit all over the entrance of said establishment whilst being ejected.
d) Failing to crash their vehicle whilst attempting to evade the police.
e) Being caught by said police.
f) Failing to photograph themselves whilst performing lewd acts with animals.

We deserve better than these far quwits.

I’m one happy Bunnie hearing this news 🙂

Bwahahahaha! Go the Bunnies!

Good to see them getting into slanging matches with people on Twitter, instead of taking a lick of responsibility for their actions or showing remorse.

How professional & classy.

Tawkn? Wajn?? These guys and their fans are obviously on the same intellectual level.

Note to self: Ensure grandson is not given a resoundingly doofus name like Blake, or any other name regularly worn by stars of romantic novels and daytime TV dramas.

What a joke.

Shit for brains. On a great wicket and pissing it away.

Dugan is trying to be just like Carney.
At least in his drinking style.

His playing style has alot to go.
