The ABC says the ACT tourism authorities are finally considering taking legal action against the pesky Hunter Valley people who have started up a floral event also called Floriade (not sure if this or this is their official website).

The Hunter Valley Gardens festival runs in August and features many thousands of bulbs and annuals making pretty pictures just like our premiere tourist event does.

The story of ACT Tourism’s outrage has been around for a while and I’m surprised it’s taken them this long to consider legal action.
