ACT Policing has charged two 19-year-old men in relation to the aggravated robbery of a cash transit security guard at Domino’s Pizza in Florey this afternoon (1 July).

The two men, one from Forrest and the other from Narrabundah were apprehended by police shortly after the robbery took place.

Police located the men in a nearby street after a coordinated search of the area was conducted utilising members from General Duties, Dog Team and Traffic Operations.

Both men were conveyed to the ACT Watch House, charged with aggravated robbery and will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (2 July).

Didn’t think Domino’s pizza was that good… maybe I should try the Florey store…

Ive heard the florey store has highest takings of any Dominos in the country. Its not necessarily due to good pizza, but quantity over quality will always bring in the dough for dominos.

Outstanding work, police dudes! Well done.

I hope the courts back you up.

Wonderful catch!
