Found outside the ATO building in Civic. He’s not very big, maybe a year or so old, with a grey collar engraved with “Tommy” and a phone number. I’ve been trying the phone number all morning but it’s switched off.
He’s currently at work with me, and I have called the pound who say rangers will pick him up in a few hours.
