Gary Rake gets the nod to keep running the NCA

By johnboy - 1 May 2009 0

The Commonwealth Minister for Home Affairs, Bob Debus, has announced that Gary Rake has made the grade as the acting Chief Executive of the National Capital Authority and will be able to get the “acting” bit taken off his email signature.

“Mr Rake has over 15 years experience in senior corporate management positions in both the public and private sectors in a wide range of areas including financial management, human resources, marketing and auditing.”

Mr Debus said Mr Rake’s appointment demonstrated the Commonwealth Government’s commitment to the national capital through the Authority.

Nice to see that embarrassing blue green school incident didn’t hold him back.
