GDE Delays, fact or fiction?

Earlier today the Canberra Liberals, under the guise of Steve Pratt, put out a media release claiming the Gungahlin Drive Extension (great name for a band kids) was going to be delayed by nine months to June 2008.

ABC Online is reporting John Hargreaves claims the bridge is still on schedule.

the second stage of construction has always been scheduled for completion in mid-2008.

He says the first stage will be ready for use in September 2007
