Only 20 minutes from Queanbeyan or 40 minutes from the CBD, Genghis Khan’s Loungeroom offers a little escape, every Saturday and Sunday. Collectables, curios, antiques and books PLUS real coffee, leaf tea and herbals served the old-fashioned way in collectable china – in front of the fire or on the porch in the sun. Come for a Sunday drive and stay as long as you like. Also original artwork by Vicki Collins, and the new home of renowned Canberra theatre company Shadowhouse Pits, under Artistic Director Joe Woodward. NOW OPEN. Saturdays and Sundays, 10am to 5pm.Getting there is easy: Take the Kings Highway out of Queanbeyan towards Bungendore. Just over the first hill there’s a right-hand turn to Captains
