Geoff Roberts went along to Summernats as our photographer and has sent in a very artistic set as a result.

You can see more of his work at http://timelessimagelab.com.au/ and http://www.flickr.com/photos/geoff_roberts/

Some nice photos. Bit of a sausage fest though (not that there is anything wrong with that)?

They are great pics but they make it all look a bit apocalyptic!

You gotta love a bloke who is prepared to hold up a ‘TITS OUT’ sign.No doubt about him yobbo bogan to the core!

Pictures really do speak 1,000 + words

Hmmm – maybe they should change the name to Old Bombs and Bogans.

Some good shots, and plenty of interesting ones with “interesting” folk. At the risk of offending someone, I will say that there are some people shown who are likely to be the result of brothers and sisters answering the call to procreate – with each other.

Tip: Parading around half-cut with a sign saying ‘tits out’ is not how one acquires 1) respect amongst homo-sapiens 2) a (homo-sapien) girl-friend

So much for that ‘family friendly’ atmosphere.

I appreciate your photo series about The Boys of Summer but where were the cars?
