Sheep Groper spotted this shipment of booze and came up with a theory:

Spotted behind the Tax building this morning by their delivery dock. Looks like lubrication for a few hundred farewells.

Perhaps the beer is to drown the 900 staff targeted for redundancies/natural attrition/retirement – butts of Malmsey wine being too expensive these days.

In other news, milk delivery truck is seen parked near some other government building. Local super sleuth concludes public servants must be drinking coffee!!!

Perhaps – but they usually park in front of the keep clear signs on the footpath, or closer to the establishment in question, and this truck returned, most delivery trucks make their deliveries and go.
