Territory and Municipal Services (TAMS) wishes to advise the public that (weather permitting) a controlled burn will be undertaken tomorrow, Saturday 13 April 2013, at Googong Foreshores. The burn is approximately three hectares in size and is being conducted in cooperation with CSIRO who is conducting research on fire growth, spot fire ignition and fire behaviour in eucalyptus forests.
