Goulburn to be a Dry Town

There are droughts lasting 50 years in the pollen record. Who knows, maybe the past 200 or so years of white settlement has been a particularly wet period. We could be heading into several decades (even centuries) of a naturally occurring dry period.

Mind you, the weather has been very pleasant.

The big question is, is this just a normal weather pattern or is it a symptom of climate change? If it is the latter then we are all in a spot of bother.

You have to find artesian water first. Its not everywhere and depending where it is can be extremely expensive to extract.

if they were seriously worried they could be treating artesian water and recycling.

methinks they’re hoping to skate by on external crisis response.
