A patch of land 4km south of Goulburn is being set aside and has planning approval for a $1 billion dollar business park, with close access to the NSW rail network.

Who knows, in time maybe regular and reliable rail for Canberra could be back on the cards?

don’t worry flying blind – ‘s all just ari’s sour grapes…

is a business park where dudes in suits go to play on swings?

Now i’ve dunn it.

Yeah, that damned currant drought gives me the sh*ts.

I’ve been forced to switch to sultanas.

Good economic news for Goulburn, but as the currant drought slowly releases its grip on that fair town, do they have enough water supply to guarantee enough for the current residents come the next dry?

If this development proceeds and somehow a upgraded rail link is built, will the current owners of Canberra Airport fight tooth and nail to have the Canberra end terminate at their business park?

Before anyone else mentions it, I now realise I put the word ‘dollar’ in after the $1 billion in the text.
Nobody exceeds me in pedantry over my posts!
