Sitting on a 17-acre natural bushland in Coastal South NSW is Greenwood Park Estate; a paradise luxury oasis that’s not only the most beautiful property in the area but also fitted with all the amenities you can possibly need for a relaxing and great trip. Amazingly, it’s now for sale with an auction date set for March 18th.

Greenwood Park is a modern, ostentatious villa, showcasing the beauty of South Coast NSW. Part of its purpose is to provide luxury accommodation for those who prefer not to “rough” it. The estate gives its guest a peaceful, idyllic setting to rest, unwind and explore.

Located on Pebbly Beach road, the estate is close to countless attractions. You don’t have to travel far to get to places of great interest with breathtaking scenery. You’ll find picturesque beaches like Pebbly Beach, Depot Beach and Durras Lake through to national parks, forests and endless trails where you get to see wildflowers, birds and animals. Not too distant is the local township of Batemans Bay where you can indulge in some shopping, fresh seafood restaurants and cafes.

Greenwood Park Estate Co-Owner, Phil Lomman with local wildlife.

The estate has five lavishly decked out 1 and 2-bedroom villas, each superbly equipped with everything you need to make your stay a relaxing and comfortable home away from home. Furnished with TVs & blue ray, dishwashers, microwave, laundry, air conditioning, woodfire pizza ovens, BBQ, it’s the little things that really got my attention. There’s literally everything you need for a perfect stay and I mean everything little thing. For instance, if you’re having a BBQ, you wouldn’t have to worry about dashing back into the town to get things like utensils, aluminium wrap or oils. Every little detail is already thought of! It’s these tiny details that make this place feel like a home away from home.

One of the 2-bedroom villas is specifically designed for wheelchair access. It’s built with a concrete car park, wide doors, roll-in shower, rails and handles, and WC all in place. And no steps.

Greenwood Park Estate Owners, Phil and Kathy Lomman.

We asked owners Kathy and Phil Lomman about how Greenwood came to be. Phil said, “Greenwood Park Estate happened suddenly and unexpectedly! After a short stay in Batemans Bay over Christmas 2011, we fell in love with the area and immediately began looking for a block of land for future retirement. Within a couple of months, we had purchased 17 acres at East Lynne zoned for Holiday Accommodation. We lived in Sydney and had hectic lifestyles in work and city living. We opted to quit the rat-race of Sydney and head south to bring our retirement project to reality. Changes in work in Sydney saw us commence building mid-2014. Eighteen months later we opened with our first visitors being from Germany…. Nothing gives us more pleasure than to see the smiling reactions of visitors to our luxury villa….”

The estate is an ideal location for group stays, company retreats, couples/family holidays and seminars. It has lots of potential as a wedding venue with accommodation for the immediate families of the bride and groom; plenty of open grassed area for a marquee; a covered area for the service, plenty of parking, etc. Pebbly Beach is a close location for beautiful wedding photos.

Phil and Kathy had plans to further develop the estate but alas, health reasons have caused them to reluctantly sell their dream retirement property. If you’re keen on owning this beautiful estate, check out these listings here, and here.
