Thanks Captain RAAF – you are correct – I see where even a local dentist surgery has been burgled – what could you expect there ? – ~$50 cash and a few injection drugs – I dunno what the motivation is. There was something about the size of the hit on the Golf Club – the report of 3 men involved – that must have impressed me.

With most of the ACT crime reports being further south we were feeling left out. Now I have a more warm and inclusive feeling knowing that armed robbery can be close by.

Huh? What do you mean ‘most crime being further south?’, Ngunnawal Shops and Platypus centre robberies ring a bell?

All we have down southside is a ghostly silver SS Comodore on a rampage, and even then it only is seen on nights with a full moon.

You’re in the middle of crimetown up there mate, get used to it.

Not really, 7 crimes per 1000 in Gunners versus 32.2 in Tuggers, which incidently is the highest after Civic. There are obvious causal factors for this disparity including less development in Gunners town centre and more bored thugs in Tuggers

Is it my imagination or are early morning crimes becoming the norm?

How much money would be there at 5.50am??!! Maybe a couple of hundred dollars float for the bars and bistro, surely the pokie money and other takings would be locked in a safe.

That course has robbed me of plenty of golf balls over the years 🙂

Jokes aside, crime, crime and more crime all over Canberra. You would have thought with HD video everywhere people would be reluctant to try this stuff.

It’s just getting worse isn’t it.
