ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to burglaries that occurred at three south side hairdressing salons last night (Sunday, December 12).
Police believe the same offenders committed all three burglaries as the circumstances of the offences are similar.
At 12.30am police were called to a burglary at Hair Affair in Mawson. A witness saw three offenders drive a dark coloured commodore sedan to the front of the shop, break a window and enter the salon. A number of items were found to have been taken from the store.
About 1.30am police were called to Gowrie Hair & Beauty in relation to a burglary. The offenders smashed the front door of the salon and searched the premises, taking an item off the bench.
At 2am police attended a burglary at Salon Suraci, Condor. Although the offenders had broken the front door and searched the salon, nothing appears to have been stolen.
