Steve Waugh catches another in slips!

“Hard Candy” great movie of a 14yo crazy girl (17 at the time of filming) who engages in a bit of castration on a 32yo pedophile who has a dark secret.

No fhakk, it’s only entrapment if the undercover operative initiates/suggests the actual offence (not the casual contact).

So it was a copper who was 14 year old ‘Roxanne’

Isn’t that entrapment? (not that there’s anything wrong with that in this case…)

Sounds like this former teacher has some issues

I can’t comment either but I seem unable to stop so I thought I’d use it to my advantage and bump down an attempt at seeking attention in the recent comments section.
No don’t look!

You reckon they’ll be around after 5?

Anyone here work with him?

And he was caught out by Steve Waugh! 🙂

Hah farout, its not a NZer who came up with the line ‘cheap wine and a three legged goat’, an iconic Australian Cold Chisel verse…

I’d be more interested to hear what Tom Cruise thinks, after all he is God.

Doesn’t it say something about old goats laying down with lambs? A clear reference to NZ.

I didn’t think it mentions New Zealanders specifically.

Its pretty sad, I wonder what the Book of Mormon has to say about all of this??

Naaah, I’m happy in my current Detective job.

From the Telecommunications Act 1997 – Section 7 (the one relevant to grooming via interweb, people):

“carriage service” means a service for carrying communications by means of guided and/or unguided electromagnetic energy.

Also, I suggest farout never become a judge.

The plot thickens…
So it appears we have a 14 year old Kiwi who is either:
(a) an employee of the NRS provider; or

(b) an emergency call person; or

(c) an employee of an emergency service organisation; or

(d) an APS employee in the Attorney-General’s Department acting as a National Security Hotline call taker.

Criminal Code Act 1995

Schedule – The Criminal Code
Section 3
CHAPTER 10 – NATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Part 10.6 – Telecommunications Services
Division 474 – Telecommunications offences
Subdivision C – Offences related to use of telecommunications

SECTION 474.17 Using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence

(1) A person is guilty of an offence if:

(a) the person uses a carriage service; and

(b) the person does so in a way (whether by the method of use or the content of a communication, or both) that reasonable persons would regard as being, in all the circumstances, menacing, harassing or offensive.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 3 years.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), that subsection applies to menacing, harassing or causing offence to:

(a) an employee of the NRS provider; or

(b) an emergency call person; or

(c) an employee of an emergency service organisation; or

(d) an APS employee in the Attorney-General’s Department acting as a National Security Hotline call taker.

Moi? Nah, I’m an Aussie, honest!

I have a certificate to prove it! 🙂

Mr Evil, I think you have a vested interest in encouraging people to pick up New Zealanders.

“C. Who in their right mind sees Jolimont Centre as a good place to pick up?”

Murrays – bring people together.

What sort of carriage was she coming down in: a giant pumpkin?

He will face the ACT Magistrates Court tomorrow on charges of using a carriage service to cause offence.

So he’d be fine if he didn’t use a carriage service and drove her down himself?

C. Who in their right mind sees Jolimont Centre as a good place to pick up?

A. Who in their right mind would want to pick up a 14 year old?

B. Who in their right mind would want to pick up a New Zealander????

Damn – I was there on Friday morning catching a bus to Sydney. If he was there then, I may have put out, making a quick buck for myself and saving his arse from jail 🙂
