Horse killers

I just wanted to let the heartless as@#%$les who killed and gutted a horse our at Predator Paintballs field near Michelago know they have ruined christmas for an 11 year old little girl!

Someone had come to the field late at night over the past 2 weeks and killed her horse, probably to feed their dogs or something…
We noticed the horse was missing, and at first assumed that the mare had gotten out of the paddock and was roaming around the property with the many wild horses in the area. That was untill we found a dried up pool of blood and the horses innards in long grass, not far from the building.

You are gutless, low life bastards and I hope you rot in HELL!!! This horse was not wild, it was a little girls pride and joy!

If anyone hears or knows of someone doing this, please report them to the police.

I sincerely hope you find who was responsible for this horrific act if you haven’t already. I would be devastated if this happened to my horse and I’m 36years old, so I can’t imagine how your then 11year old dealt with it, losing a beloved pet is terrible. I’m sorry you had to go thru this.

I know you are but what am I?

Gee it took you 12 hours to come up with that, a bit slow, aren’t we?

Boganism is a world wide phenomenon Ralph, but you’d have to wander past the end of your street to discover that.

I’ve been to England and Canada, clearly you haven’t

I’m blown away by the idea that someone could slaughter a tame horse for DOG FOOD…

So the OP lives on the property where the suspected criminals came to play paintball, right? Why would they come back to kill the animal just for dog food? Sounds more like an intentional attack on the owner of the horse/property/business IMHO. Surely they couldn’t kill a wild animal, or several, on any property to feed their dogs?

Just questioning the motive for this bizarre act of cruelty. You have my sympathies, and hopefully those of all RiotACTors.

The unfortunate circumstances of the beast aside, this is a disgraceful act of boganism perpetrated on a young girl.

This country is fine as long as we continue to keep bogans contained to their designed zones. Unfortunately a few of them seem to escape into the wild from time to time.

Oh well piss off then to England or Canada if this country is not up to your precious standards vg.

“….and the whole thing does nothing more than prove my theory that, in the country, bogans are in the vast majority”

This, unfortunately, seems to be the truth.

sorry I meant in THIS country

A disgrace

“A wild dog is not going to bring down a horse.

Sheep, yes, horse, no… “

I have no idea what happened, but there are plenty of wild/feral dogs out there that, either individually or in packs, could bring down a horse

“Wow, what a shitty thing to do. Does this happen much with horses around here? I don’t think I’ve ever heard of someone killing a horse before like this.”

No, it is the first time anything like this has happened since I have worked there (6 years). We get alot of feral deer roaming the area, and I once saw a guy hunting them on the other side of the river, but that is all… We have a large variety of resident wild animals, Horses, Deer, Kangaroos and an old wombat. They will come and graze right beside the feilds as they know that we dont let people shoot at them and they are used to us being there.

“Sickening. But how do you know the horses innards weren’t strewn about by wild dogs? “

The innards were all in a heap and certainly had not been chewed at (apart from flies). Also, no carcas or bones left behind.

We have a fair idea who it MAY have been, but as the police said, without proof, there is nothing which can be done. A group out for a social day a few weeks back were overheard at the end of the day talking about taking them to the knackery. They also had dog cages on the back of their utes, which leads me to believe that they may have wanted cheap feed… The police have been informed of this, and the groups waivier forms with all their details have been examined.

No, but you can’t discount the horse dying of natural causes. However it died, after the event wild dogs are going to get at it.

Sickening. But how do you know the horses innards weren’t strewn about by wild dogs?

I am horrified by this, speechless for once. They deserve the same treatment as the pony, if caught.
I sound like my mother aaahhhh!!!

that is utterly horrible and barely believable. And the people who did this are walking around amongst us. It’s incomprehensible, what a horrific thing for the girl to cope with.

That is nothing short of fucked up.

The poor girl, Fucking assholes in this world.

even if its a wild horse, thats totally horrible.
I’m so sorry this happened. I hope you have reported it to the police, and I hope they do get caught.
