"I may be horrible but Zed's worse than me". Words to that effect by Kate Lundy

Labor Senator Kate Lundy is improbably willy waving with the Liberals’ Zed Seselja over the size, depth and breadth of their cuts to the public service.

Apparently in Kate’s eyes Zed’s previous promises of job reductions by “Natural Attrition are broken and that’s just the worst.

I’m not sure all the folk currently in exit lounges or packing up their desks at the end of their contracts care too much about which gang of hooligans is kicking them around.

Lundy is one of the more hysterical, and duplicitous, Labor hench(wo)men. So it shouldn’t surprise you.

Labor MP, Andrew Leigh on ABC radio yesterday, confirmed that Labor indeed had plans to cut 14,500 public servants (but he personally was against this) which must be embarrassing for demoted Senator Kate Lundy because she was denying this right up to the election.
