On Saturday 08-APR-06 we did the Civic Public Art Walking Tour and lived to tell the tale.

And so, I present to you item # 20, Kulla’s Crossroads by Tim Spellman. It’s in the middle of City Walk up from Akuna Street, outside the Canberra Centre.

Kulla's Crossroads - by Tim Spellman

Pleasant enough to sit on, and it’s has the virtues of actually being there, not being broken, doesn’t have to be viewed at night to appreciate it.

They are good photos Kerces, and the post has certainly inspired me to think a little more about these pieces when I walk past them.

Thanks for the info on the buses. I never would have thought….

I hope you got a bystander to pose with the sheep.

Just for you JM: I caught all three kinds of buses today. They had wheels that went round. People sat on zany-coloured seats inside. I discovered a new route that goes vaguely near my house.

The public art walking tour was really an excuse for me to try out my spanky new digital SLR. Only JB keeps putting up his photos instead of mine. Wait for the sheep one though, it’s one of mine (actually I think this one is too).

This whole public art walking tour post series is very SGS if you ask me. Johnboy, I am awaiting your latest run down on the latest Action bus fleet.

I’l’ the local native throwing jerrycans spears

I’ve enjoyued this series so far. ANyone kept a tally of the items still in place (and functional?) vs. the items that have been removed vs. the items that have been broken/disassembled?

This is my fave of them all. Good for rioting too.

But what does it mean?

I’d call it ‘Nutri-Grain’
