Very pretty shots.

Very heavy frost this morning, even up on my hill which is usually above the frost line. You had that cold rain yesterday afternoon, and then whack, the freeze hit.

Meanwhile, Spring is about to hit very suddenly. From Sunday the cold air will leave and that hot sun will take over.

Bring it on! I am over the cold now. I was working in Bungendore last week (even the rodents are running for cover)and that wind was murderous.

The photo’s are beautiful BTW

Beautiful shoots. I feel cold just looking at those pic’s.

Surely the good snowfalls can only help our poor rivers (?).
I am glad of the cold (sort of).

The pictures are fascinating – very beautiful!

Just as an aside, there’s actually a reason (other than purely ornamental) for those artificial lakes in new subdivisions – they’re to catch the runoff contaminated with builder’s spoil.

Last time I looked at a map Bungendore wasn’t in “Canberra”.

Taken a drive around Elmslea Estate recently? It has double-barrelled street names, lots of big houses on tiny blocks, and an artifical lake. It may not be *in* Canberra, but some days it sure feels like it …
