According to urban legend a pair of shoes wrapped around a power line indicates the presence of a drug dealer.

So what does three pairs of shoes say about a restaurant strip?

I thought powerline shoes meant you had done it in the near vicinity.

My McDonalds list only includes Manuka. They were the closest cleanest set of conveniences we could think of within staggering distance of Minque.

I throw my shoes around all the time ….

; )

See what happens when you invite someone to walk a mile in your shoes?

They end up a mile away throwing your shoes over some power lines. Let that be a warning to you!

Mmm as far as i can remember we don’t live in Brooklyn in the late nineties, early eighties. So yeah, i doubt it has any thing to do with drugs more to do with bored people with extra shoes to throw around.

Best Regards Ray Kroc

Is that Ray Kroc who died back in 1984 of heart failure from eating too much of his own s**t food?

Ever since the area has been plagued by corduroy-wearing, tofu-eating types, sales have been a little down at the Dickson branch. So thanks Johnboy for that little bit of sly viral marketing. Your 2 for 1 cheeseburger voucher has been sent to your home address, as promised.

Best Regards,
Ray Kroc

Likewise, niftydog.

: )

Nerds really should consider wearing slip-on shoes.

There is one drug prominently advertised (twice) in that photo, but you’d have to be desperate to get it from Maccas.

Underrated – I thought it was great!

There is a door snake hanging up in front of the Parkview Apartments in Kippax. What does hanging these things up actually mean?

no more draughts?

I am around Dickson almost every day, and I have never seen these. Have to learn to look up I guess.

Faeries wear boots?

What does it mean when a pair of shoes are wrapped around a string of fairy lights ?

WARNING: HIGH SPIRITS IN THIS AREA.

I reckon it indicates a high school in close proximity.

I always thought that it meant that a long term resident had left the area and wanted those left behind to remember that this was their old stomping ground.
