John sent these in with this note:

I took these photos recently at Bell’s Cleaners in Queanbeyan, don’t know if their signage has scared off or encouraged violator parkers!

Hang on – they’re at costco….how much difference is 10m on the outside of the store going to make?

Have no fear, it was the slowest I have ever put shopping in the car and if I had walked the trolley back any slower I would have been stopped 🙂

Hang on – you’re dissing someone for parking in the same place as you? What if she has, say, sore hips, and the extra 10m makes a difference to her? You are a nassteh Rioter!

(Assuming its not an employee of Bells). It’s on private property, just tow it.

Ha ha, how are they planning to enforce it??

Reminds me of the ‘jolly’ sign put up at the public housing flats. All whimsical and sickening. Although this will annoy the general populace, rather than a select group. One assumes that the ‘violators’ referred to are people who park in the area, rather than Bells having developed an innovative sex offenders scheme.

Unfortunately, people are too lazy to walk so they all parking that carpark to get to Crawford Street. How hard is it to park behind Sam’s Warehouse and walk over.

A perfect example of laziness was the woman at Costco who waited for us to pack our groceries in our car, ut the kids in the car, take the trolley back and leave so she could get in our spot. The next aisle was almost empty, a walk of an extra 10m maximum. Have no fear, it was the slowest I have ever put shopping in the car and if I had walked the trolley back any slower I would have been stopped 🙂
